Conference "The Aflaj: Studies and Perspectives on Ancient Irrigation Systems in Saudi Arabia", aimed at archaeologists, historians, geographers, and anthropologists, as well as all researchers interested in studying the interactions between water management, human history, and environmental dynamics, from prehistory to the present day. This conference seeks to analyze issues related to water resource management and the effects of climate change over time. Scientific contributions will examine how societies have adapted to environmental challenges across the ages through their hydraulic and territorial systems. The conference will be held in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, on 10 November 2025, and the main languages will be Arabic, English, and French.
